Fiserv was not a good company but since the First Data acquisition, it had become a nightmare. First Data management is controlling and will drive the company to bankruptcy. They are so mistrustful of employees that we now have monitoring software on our machines telling management everything we do in a day. This includes time spent on email, word, excel, and will report any website you visit and heaven help you on your bathroom breaks! It is overly intrusive and will result in the loss of good employees.

Since the firstdata acquisition it seems firstdata execs are calling the shots and that is putting fiserv in a sinkhole. Everything that was great about fiserv is slowly disappearing. No more flexibility, the culture is now negative and morale is down the drain.
