      Good pay and health insurance

      Cons

      Expect you to work overtime regularly (9am-9pm) and on the weekends. HR on the Hiring side is atrociously disorganized. There is no work life balance. Your lunches are monitored and if you were to read a book at your desk (mind you, during your work break} you get reprimanded.
