Sapience tools installed - Work 12 -14 hours daily for logging 8 hours in the sapience. No work life balance, daily working more than 12 hours. 90% work on support projects. Legacy technologies and projects. No technical growth . Lots of work pressure and micro management. Poor Management. Illiterate managers. Bad policies applied from first data. Not deserve fortune 500 company.
