Pros

Good people, good exposure to the process of a big scale of software adoption. Lots of social activities. Good work life balance, most of the time. Modern technologies.

Cons

Job titles matter too much. Takes too much/long process just to do simple things. Politics. You can survive or maybe even thrive without proven skills, if you have good personal relationships with higher ups. NZ office hardly have any power to make decisions. All US controlled operation. The agile coach does not really have anything to contribute. Except conducting weekly scrum master meetings, and sadly 90% of the case it is discussing on something can't be implemented. Unreal. Look at the reality, adjust and solve, instead of discussing theories from text-book.
