Good place to work in pune if you don't have much options If you want to work with your family you should join like they will help you to recruit your spouse your brother , brother in laws everybody if they just understand how to speak english and should have basic knowledge about typing.

Cons

Management is only believe here in impressing their US counterparts rather than and any concrete work. The environment is like you feel at home and not a professional office.
