Company does not care about its workers anymore. Loved Fiserv when I started too.

Pros

Team was great to work with, loved my manager as well. The work was also interesting and engaging. I learned a lot about frontend development here.

Cons

Micro managing higher ups. Benefits get slowly removed every couple of months (unlimited PTO gone, forced RTO, many holidays taken away). Tracking software being added into laptops to monitor EVERYTHING on screen at all times. Constant hounding to track how long tickets/stories are taking through documentation. Layoffs happen periodically for no good reason.

No Job Security No Long term Projects - If projects gets over then they will ask to leave without prior notice No Bench policy IT support team don't know what and why they are working Company don't have money to keep cups near drinking water facility Management consider junior employees as slave

I lasted a year when I was supposed to be a "replacement" engineer for senior engineers who were there 25+ years (who also got laid off). the company has really no vision for many of its products outside of its main ones. only a high review because my boss and coworkers were awesome and i will miss them.

Cons

work from home only 1 day per week. benefits ok. pay is standard.
