No Real Work, you may get hired just for team strength. Almost every one just kills time here, even if you ask for work none of the leadership will help you. Talk about share market and pep talk with your leadership. If you are really good at your work dont think of joining this Company. Micromanagement thats an irony as they dont have any work for you but will want you to sit at your laptop 9 hours. Sapience tracking. Thats all they need , they dont bother on increasing productivity of the employees, just spend time in office. If you can do good buttering, management will be very happy. I have also seen one guy getting honey for his manager or someother stuff everytime he visits his home town.
