      Pros

      It is a OK company to work for, specially new graduates can learn a lot. Competitive salaries as well. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Work culture can be improved. Still very traditional hierarchal management setup. It's difficult to make any culture change too. Few projects are still running on obsolete tech stacks.
