Business Outlook
Pros
Best company to plan long-term engagement. Work life balance is manageable. Componsesion is impressive. Give good appraisal. Obviously it defers from project to project. 30 standard leaves per year. But overall it's good.
Cons
Management is not that good lately. Micromanagemnt is there at some point. Biggest con i can say is the Sapience tool which they have introduced to monitor the movement of employees and the work they do on the machine and track the active time of employees. Though it depends on managers how much they take this tracking on serious note.
