Pros

Co-workers are nice. Pay is OK.

Cons

9 hours minimum office hours, micro tracking in a turn off for high productive resources. If you are low skilled, then this company is a good place. Just stay in office for 9 hours, do some mouse click events, come back home. Health insurance plans are poor.

Hire and fire company Micro management is at its peak Your activity is monitored how much hours you spent on your laptop Lots of office politics at management level Since their talent pool is already gone, you will get to work with very mediocre people.
