One of the worst companies

Pros

Getting salary on time. Apart from that nothing great here. Service based companies are much better.

Cons

No work life balance. Constant threats of loosing job. All day work from office and after reaching home connect with onsite team. No HR to address any concerns. Minimum or no hikes, even though company is making profits. No new hires. Current employees are quitting and no policy to back fill empty roles. Pays less than market standards. Poor health insurance policy. Poor parking facility. Poor cafeteria. Feels like hostel food is better. Managers are puppets of higher management.
