      Pros

      Genuinely enjoyed the work environment ; is very collaborative and most ppl want to see you succeed. Good benefits, very challenging but rewarding and full of growth opportunities.

      Wasn't given thorough time to truly learn the ins and outs of the position- communication is sometimes unclear; seemed as I was expected to everything IMO

      Get to work with plenty of nice/friendly people who know the industry well

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth Layoffs each year - teams are run very lean Jobs are sent overseas Minimal pay increases - Once a year. I received a 30 cent raise my first year and I worked hard.
