      There is nothing to work for.

      Cons

      Bad work ethics, no work life balance, only concerned about office hours and work hours. Not bothered about work, quality of work and no value for good work. Promotions are given to the needy and poor, not deserving! Single digit hike this year and no shame in assigning new responsibilities. Biased and poor management.

      Cons

      Office hours there is no flexibility. Too many tracking tools which is waste of time. No commute option available but hours are always tracked. Also, no job security.
