      A lot of talented employees that are not allowed to reach their potential.

      Pros

      They allow employees to work very flexible hours and are understanding if any employees have personal life issues that they need to deal with.

      Cons

      The salaries are very low compared with similar jobs at other companies. The management has stale ideas and is more concerned with trying to cut costs rather than spend money to develop new products and services that the company needs to move forward and be successful.

      - Ability to learn with the best of technologies on the current market. - Job infrastructure is always changing.

      Cons

      - Due to the current mergers and how the market currently is not much is said or addressed on the employee level. - Upper management does not communicate well with each other. - People do not get paid what they are worth. - Some upper level people with much experience leave for numerous negative reasoning. - Comp. package could be a lot better.
