Pros

Generally work with a select few that are competent. Location is nice and near several nice restaurants and other ammenities.

Cons

Incompetent, unapproachable and seemingly always absent upper management. Promotions given based on poor criteria (see kissing up and/or a last-minute decision). Bonuses given to members of upper management, while regular employees are not even given a cost of living raise. Little-to-no opportunities for advancement/growth in one's "career path." No structure and training when it comes to client support calls and other business unit procedures. No role definition, but employees are still expected to adhere to their roles. A select few employees who do their job well, while others coast by and take credit for the people that are working hard. Yearly changes made to business units with no ryhme or reason as to why the change occurred. Expected to work weekends with no means of compensation. Not even an extra vacation day.
