Pros

Talented, dedicated and hardworking staff that puts the client first Opportunities to learn if you pursue them

Cons

The company used to value its employees and recognized their contributions to the success of the company. Since the new management came in, that has ceased. Senior management seems to think that the employees are on par with temporary seasonal help, such as the kind at H&R Block. They have continued to take away perks and increases are a joke - it would be less insulting to give no increases. We were forced to a High Deductible Health plan and many are suffering financially as a result. Much has been made of Fiserv 2.0, but it seems that not all in the company are embracing it. The silos still exist and it is hard to get cooperation between the businesses. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how much value you bring to the company, managers are not given the latitude to rate their direct reports as highly as they would like to.
