Pros

This company encourages growth and stresses leadership development----in other words, they offer everyone the opportunity to learn what it takes to become a leader. The had a great library full of books on management theory, leadership styles, and motivational techniques. Here is a company that understands that great leaders are not born, but developed. The sky was the limit on advancement. Management cared, and showed they cared. Quarterly bonuses based on Six Sigma results were turned into company-wide celebrations.

Cons

They moved their call center from Illinois to NC.

Pros

It's a job. Some great people in the trenches. Used to be a really good company; is that a positive?

Cons

Intimidating environment due to constant layoffs and acquisitions, which create massive redundancies. Little to no training. Pay sucks. Benefits suck worse--few to none. It's such a big company that one division's messes become the messes for all to pay the price. Even the customers are intimidated as the number of providers to banks & CUs are getting fewer and, as such, the service gets worse. Can you speak Hindi?

Pros

Leading provider of financial services to financial institutions, merchants, and consumers globally. Tremendous potential for growth as company responds effectively to evolving market demands. Versatile and skilled workforce generally committed to customer success.

Cons

Period of high growth and extreme demand from customers, as financial institutions globally respond to the challenges of difficult and changing economic landscape. This leads to the need for a great deal of change organizationally. It's always difficult to communicate well enough when you lead change of this magnitude.
