      Money is Pretty Good Awesome PTO Benefits Flexibility In Schedule Many Good People In The Company Who You Work With

      Management-Staff disconnect is often severe Corporate Management has no sense of what is going on "in the trenches" Hard Work merits barely a pat on the back unless you are part of the "good ol boys club" or kiss a lot of rear end Barely any raises in 4 years, while company records record profits, and management gets promotion and bonuses. Poor Morale in many offices.

      Downhill since Fiserv 2.0 was implemented - I liked the feeling of working for a smaller company

      Pros

      I receive what I feel are good and fair benefits including medical, 401K, and vacation. I have been with the company for a number of years and have earned significant vacation time.

      Cons

      "Corporate" as the senior level executives are typically referred to preach 5 values and high level goals, but those at lower levels do not get the low level details needed to make good decisions. Quality is the latest buzzword but there is no talk of any rewards for increasing quality nor good measurements to know if quality has improved other than client dissatisfaction.
