      Pros

      Client centric - very focused on doing the right thing for clients no matter what. Sometimes fall short, but the desire to deliver high quality solutions and improve client's own business results is main goal.

      Sometimes more work to do than people to do it.

      Great direct manager Average benefits Good vacation time after five years of employment Enjoyable coworkers in my department Free coffee

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management to average employees. When they do try to communicate changes/reorganizations, it is a mess to try to figure out. They seem to be reorganizing at least five times a year with no clear direction.
