Good reputation in FI industry Talented and experienced resources Great for people who like orange color Resources take off for home, coffee runs, shopping, errands, lunch, etc, etc whenever
Cons
Destructive environment, backstabbing and blaming peers Events that resources are politically forced to attend when there's lot of work and not enough resources to do it all Committees that serve no real pupose 30% of the resources doing 80% of the work, other 70% have heads so far up managers asp they can't be seen Failure by manager to correct issues, no problem-solving skills Only talent required is brown-nosing abilities. Others need not apply.
