      My immediate Manager was great. Coworkers fun and very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Senior Management does not care about employees and what they need to do a good job. It is not what you know but who you know.

      Fiserv is fairly unorganized in it's project management methodology

      Pros

      Stable company to work for if you can get past the frustration of no rewards and micro-management. Review process is a serious pain in the neck.

      Cons

      The rollout of some products is difficult at best. Managers could care less how the process works - they just want to make sure the installation is on time - no matter who suffers - no matter the cost - no matter to scope change. Staff is spread so thin that only one person being out will cause the processs to come to a screaching halt.
