      Pros

      Fiserv It is innovative and learning experience you can grow technically here . It is Product bases company so you can get more domain and technical knowledge.

      Cons

      Do not get incentive and profit sharing. Also process wise you can't learn more. Salary is OK . But no onsite opportunities

      Still good hardworking people there. 1/2way decent benefits

      Cons

      Management doesnt listen. Lots of cronies brought on from EDS instead of promoting internally. Institutional knowledge walking out the door every day. PMO burns through PMs. Ne prepared to work 60+ hrs a week. Engineering has it worse. Be prepared to jump through flaming hoops.

      The company clients are fun to work with. They understand that Fiserv is very competitive.

      Cons

      Poor management, Poor executive management, low pay, low incentives, The customers feel that Fiserv is to big to care about the small companies or for that matter the larger ones. They also feel that Fiserv is only out to make money and not help their customers.
