      Pros

      Pay is good. Co-workers are good to work with.

      Cons

      Does not provide a path for people to move up in the company. If you're in ops engineering, there isn't a path to move up into platform engineering. They take about providing associates with training to advance, but when the time comes, they say that they do not have a budget to do so.

      Pros

      Hardworking and talented colleagues made the workday enjoyable. Able to collaborate and work together to achieve goals, and many willing to pitch in and assist when an issue arises.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity and pervasive attitude that you should be lucky you just have a job. Constant shuffling of people and positions makes everyone feel disorganized and frazzled. Half the time no one can even point you in the right direction. Poor job by management in structuring and communicating changes creates a toxic and political environment.
