      wont have to work on weekends, not a lot of work load,can have good work life balance.

      Well It entirely depends on your project. There have been both development as well as support projects. 1) I feel lack of challenges and slow growth from the development perspective in my project. 2) Less annual hikes in salary as compared to good product based companies 3) HR do not have much say
