Pros

Devoted to client satisfaction. Talented workforce with years of industry experience, willing to go the extra mile when required. Stability thanks to strong financial and client performance. Senior management cares about the well being of associates. Strong performance management process that rewards high achievers.

Cons

As a company built on many acquisitions, many of the legacy cultures remain which makes assimilation into one corporate culture difficult. Unifying the various cultures can be challenging, but progress is being made.

Pros

The cafe program is pretty good. Food is cheap and pretty plentiful.

Cons

Fiserv has trouble getting itself together. Training is inconsistent and rarely are older employees formally trained on procedures. They never offer a consistent package to clients, so the services we'll provide to any given bank can vary wildly. Nobody is paid anything close to enough, and what they deduct from your paycheck is so expensive it wouldn't be worth it even IF the insurance they offered had a decent deductible policy. Upper management doesn't care about anything but their department's stats; employees are treated as though they should be happy to line the pockets of banks for a pittance.

Health Insurance, work environment went from focused on the employees and more laid back to corporate rat race that is typical of other call centers, focus shifted from doing the best job possible to getting as much done as possible
