Pros

The people that work here are very nice and helpful.

Cons

No work home live balance. Senior Mgmt. micro manages everything as if your not trusted to do your job. Their management style is "Crisis Management".

Pros

* Some of the friendships I made while working there. * Generous PTO offering * Nice facility in Hickory

Cons

* Pay is ridiculous for a Supervisor level position and not competitive. Extremely low. * Benefits are the worst I have ever experienced. An outrageous $3000 deductible and then only pays 70% after that plus you are paying $400-$500 a month in premiums. Unacceptable for such a large company with such high profits. * Upper Management has no idea what is going on EVER! They play favorites and enjoy putting you down. * The unethical behavior by several Supervisor peers was unimaginable. Calling off work every other month for a whole month at a time. How do these people have jobs? Why were they never disciplined? Question remains to be unanswered. * No recognition for high performing teams or Supervisors. * Pay increases are on a sliding ranking scale and they only allot one or two people to be rated at the highest level each year while they have a percentage of associates who have to be below average so they can make their budget for raises. Unfairly having to rank top associates at a lower level in order to meet corporate greed is unacceptable. I think they should take away Upper Management raises so they can actually pay the employees and Supervisors who do the work on a daily basis. * The call center atmosphere is completely a joke. Employees are disgruntled but remain in the job because it is after all a job however they are not motivated to do anything more than the minimum because many Managers and Supervisors do not show appreciation or concern for their employees.
