      Horrible Company depending on department. Incentive to work there is about the same as going to Prison.

      Pros

      Most of the people outside of the department were great.

      Cons

      Lamens working in IT Management is fragmented (different states). Management is clueless. No one cares. No one listens. Prison-like set-up. He-said/She-said wins over logic and facts. HR is useless. Many people could be confused for handicapped. Management defers problems and continues to use their convoluted processes. Just read any other Fiserv review...

      Pros

      Middle & Higher Management is very cunning. Always expect buttering and don't respect individual even he/she is most critical for the business. Very high degree of red tap-ism.

      Work wise: individual can learn technical things.

      People are nice, but that has nothing to do with the company!

      Where do I begin, manager lied about schedule, every month it changes at a whim. Any small mistake you face being fired, no recognition for good only mistakes. Manager has no clue how to do her job. Place is filled with micro management where the low ranking employees do everything while people making alot more do nothing but ralk to each other.
