Pros

I joined Fiserv fresh out of college through their Technology Analyst program, and it has been a solid starting point for my career. The program was well-structured and gave me the freedom to choose both the domain I wanted to specialize in and the project I wanted to work on, which is something I really appreciated as a new grad. One of the standout experiences during my induction was being given the chance to lead one of the ERGs. This not only helped me build leadership skills early on but also gave me a great platform to network across the organization. Fiserv also puts genuine effort into CSR activities, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved if you’re passionate about giving back to the community. The work-life balance has also been quite healthy, making it easier to transition into full-time corporate life after college. Overall, the company provides a supportive environment for early-career professionals with good learning exposure, flexibility in role selection, and meaningful engagement outside of day-to-day work.

Cons

One of the challenges is the mandatory 5-day work-from-office schedule, which can feel rigid at times. Additionally, for about two quarters, employees were required to maintain 8 hours of logged time in the Sapience tool and 8 hours of physical presence in the office, which created some strain. These restrictions have now been lifted.
