      I have worked in fiserv and i don't have anything pros to tell.

      This company after the mereger with the first data has became incompetent. There is so much micro management and pressure to maintain 9 hours it doesn't matter whether you have work assighmed or not and this is being monitored by tools called sapeint installed in the laptop which monitored everything like what you browsing etc. Now part of other than that now fiserv has started yearly assessment if you get less than 60% marks which might effect your yearly appraisal and job too.

      After the merger of the First Data and Fiserv everything got changed rapidly including policy. Lots of firing for senior employees with very short Notice Period. No development work Only support work like donkey and dogs. Senior Leaders Managers and Directors are doing manipulations by seeing the Sapience Working Active Hours to track the employee. Instead of working late and hard they gave zero ratings. Fiserv dont deserve the hard working employees.

      Cons

      Micro management, Office Politics, Boot licking, Directors are giving extra targets like sales team to developer to showcase their growth. Not recommended. IJP also for name sake. Recruitment team will not process your profile.
