A Poorly Managed Company made worse with no Career Development

Well you have a job. And you get paid. And the staff are genrally ok are apart from an oversized (in every way) HR Department. And obviously not including the MAGA senior management who are rarely seen and thats probably for the best.
Cons
One of the worst compnaies i have ever experienced and am experiencing for career development. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT STAFFIN REALITY, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFIT. ZERO CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND IT IS A BORING COMPANY ANYWAY SO IT DOESNT HELP. They Think basic health and safety training is all you will need for a career in payments, what an absolute joke. The worst part being Human Resources who are clearly oblivious to this or are too busy kissing teh behinds of those above them to care. Human Resource departments across Fiserv smell very bad from near and afar. The managers of these departments, Senior management and the whole company culture needs to change. Dont work there unless you have no problem being bored all day and dont care about your career. Payments is a boring and bad area to be stuck in anyway but Fiserv will cripple your mind and will to live. They try and glaze themselves like doughnuts about "what a great place to work it is" IT IS NOT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK - forcing you to fill in the silly questionnaires. Half the staff are imported in from other countries with barely an irish accent to be heard. Job sacking or "moves" happen all the time for no reason and the redunancies are common practice all done quietly and swept under the carpet as they glaze themselves on LinkedIn about what a grear place for veteran it is etc etc . What a shockingly poor experience i had and i was there for a long time. Senior managers are so bad they are funny. VPs are "senior management" are abundant BUT DO NOTHING AND KNOW NOTHIGN ABOUT THEIR OWN BUSINESS. enjoy the experience you were warned. P.S make sure you come in on good money cos the 2 percent pay rise that you will barely get every year - will make you cry as they also tell you how many billions they made JOKESHOP. Fiserv..... a miserable experience and the Dublin offices are so unhappy avoid them at all costs
