Morally corrupt. They want you to take advantage of small business owners. They change your goals and incentives whenever they feel like it. They don’t provide any resources or tools to support changes in goal structure, just now it’s doubled, figure it out.

I worked for more than three years, and I’ve learned that everything depends on how manageable the workload is. When the work is balanced, managers tend to be supportive. But when there’s too much work and too few resources, they can make your life miserable. They stop caring about your health, your extra efforts, or even your weekends. They keep expecting more and more deliveries, and if you refuse to work extra hours, they take advantage of their position and give you poor reviews. When you try to raise your concerns with HR, you realize they’re just puppets of management and won’t help you at all.
