Pros

There are some nice people there that probably should find work elsewhere.

Cons

Long hours, Mediocre Pay, Poor Health Benefits. If you care about having a life or living healthy don't work here. They expect everything and offer little. 24/7 on-call. Also don't work here if you want to be part of an innovative or efficient company. They like to acquire companies but rarely innovate internally and don't integrate aquisitions. Lots of time is wasted on inefficient processes that could be automated. They almost never give raises even to solid talent

Annual hikes are not that good Takes more time(2-3 yrs) to move to next level To many levels compared to other organisations

Poor Management Lots of POLITICS FAVORITISM Micro management by managers - to the tune of employee harassment Support/ Maintenance type work 2 year bonus which they promise in offer letter - is NOT guaranteed!!! - Height of hypocrisy
