Hours can be tough at times

- Lack of Clear Vision: There appears to be an absence of a cohesive long-term strategy, which has led to confusion and misalignment across teams. - Ineffective Communication: Important updates and decisions are often not communicated transparently or in a timely manner, leaving employees uncertain about priorities and expectations. - Limited Support and Accountability: Leadership engagement with teams has been minimal, and there is a growing perception that accountability is unevenly applied. These challenges are not only affecting day-to-day operations but also diminishing trust in leadership. I believe that with open dialogue and a commitment to improvement, we can foster a more transparent, supportive, and effective leadership culture. I share this feedback with the intention of contributing to a healthier and more productive work environment.
