Somewhat chill. Can learn some things.

Pros

Good manager/boss Opportunities to learn/grow Good incentives Good pay

Cons

Although my experience as a program analyst has been great, other program analysts have complained about not having a “full-day” or “having little things to do”. My advise in that situation is ask your manager. Make yourself useful, ask for areas you can contribute and learn as much as you can during the program length. The key is to make yourself an asset to your team.
