Friendly co workers but everyone is over worked

Cons

Co-workers were too busy trying to keep up with work load causing training to be almost non-existent. No defined processes. No Documentation. In meetings for 8 of the 10 hour work day.

The team and people who work there besides management.

Cons

Read the rest of the reviews. Basically true in all aspects. Management and senior workers all suck. There’s a manager that does nothing but makes sure we are all in office. Fiserv pays for bimbos to make sure we are in office. They are so worried whose in office or not. If you’re okay with NOT having work-life balance. This is the place to ruin a part of your life. Frank you suck!

New CEO is very set in his ways Released a lot of talent and knowledge when those employees not close to an office were let go Not really a competitive salary for those who work their way up
