Pros

- Had some great colleagues that I still keep in touch with - Great Paternity Leave, as a dad I qualified for 12 weeks

Cons

- Micro managing culture (released a software tracking application called Sapience). - No flexibility, was given hard time just for taking kids to and from school and had to ask for approval. - "Hybrid" schedule aka WFH on Friday, which will soon be fully in office. - Poor leadership, they don't care about employees and culture is not good anymore and morale is very low. - Underpaid compared to market, we're paid like we work at a fast food restaurant. - Layoffs happening monthly at this point, I was apart of that this year. - No room for growth, people are stuck in same role for years and eventually leave or get laid off.
