      Team oriented atmosphere Starting Salary Manager always went to bat for us for anything (raises, delegation of duties, stressful client scenarios) Plenty of SME’s throughout the company that always seemed happy to help My manager always provided constructive criticism and helped me grow professionally

      Cons

      Only 64 hours of vacation for first 3 years (cannot roll over) Some department's were heavily understaffed and overworked (not mine) Some folks would not follow policy and procedure on project requests Salary raises were underwhelming (but better than no raise) Health benefits are more expensive than prior employers
