Pros

None, don't even get hung up on the "unlimited time off"...because it's going away.

Cons

The company is ran so poorly there is single point of failures everywhere, when you fire those who are the only SME, service does fail because knowledge is walking out the door. The incessant focus on productivity tracking in direct contradiction with another demand, being in the office and "collaborating". Senior staff does not engage with associates and any open door policy is only that, a verbal statement.
