company is fine My Manager is awesome

Cons

Despite a very healthy 2023, staff have been told that raises for 2024 are on hold. Pending what, I have no idea. Since the raises are a pittance anyway (typically ~2.5%) this is embarrassing, really. Product support is poor; not enough staff to handle the volume. tough environment for the last 2+ years.

This is THE most stressful job I have EVER had in a call center. It's awful there. 6 months of total disrespect to their fellow humans. No humans here...Robots only! Gah!!
