- Flexibility in schedule - Welling Being Time off - Vacation time off (60 hours)

Cons

- Monitors are not laptops so you’re stuck where you are - Constant sitting and picking up phones - Not a lot of opportunities for the advancement you’d like - Consistent issues that get ignored - No holidays

the company itself is very positive in community giveback and organizing of events Issue lay with specific department I worked in

Management extremely poor and never listened to staff feed back No opportunity for progression as promised in inductions continuous issues with pay and annual leave Would not recommend Ongoing training not provided just expected to know how to do things
