You can service only if you have no willingness to learn new/advanced technologies, as Management here is purely Non Technical and they will not let you service if you have ability to learn advanced technologies and grow. As senior management is surviving only based on their connections and work here is only on obsolete technologies, if you have any willingness to learn anything new then do not join this organization as you will not be allowed to do that. Only join if you just want to pass time working on obsolete technologies and spoil your carrier. Worst part is HR as they will treat you worst than your manager, they are only following senior managements order.Most useless HR in the world.
