Pros

The pros i can just say that it was a employee friendly and support work life balance once upon a time. But not now since the merger happened and Jeff Yabuki resigned.

Cons

Micromanagement, no remote work option not even you can use 10 days in a year option as per your wish. A disclaimer always come with any such benefit provided by the company. Inethical way of layoff. No job security at all. Bad for women associates
