So, It’s a good place to be at to expand your knowledge 3. Work Life Balance is good, During the pandemic of COVID-19, Fiserv has made sure to take care of its Associates by several means be it Extending Leaves, Medical urgencies, setting up COVID relief teams & even extending Financial support to Associates in need. 4. There are various internal Programs around Innovation, Academics, Tech Advancement, Internal Mobility, Woman Leadership for your Growth within the Organization

Nothing worth mentioning about the company itself. It depends on the project you are in . Some are too very hectic with too much work, very short deadlines and no work life balance while some others are better.

Pros

I was getting jitters to start a new job in pandemic, but I never thought that a proactive approach could make it easy with planning and communication. Rather than waiting to board Fiserv bus on said date, the process was initiated well in advance to avoid last minute hush-hush. I am overwhelmed to share that my joining till onboarding process was smooth. Though few of HR coordinator was affected due to Corona but they ensured that I do not to miss a single communication thread. Also, thankful to ‘Piyush Saxena’ who was in constant touch with me and diligently followed anything I need (Laptop, Credentials) to start my journey in Fiserv. Before I receive company assets (Laptop), Manager, Buddy and HR ensure that everything in place like my system credentials, requisite approvals, mandatory trainings, benefits etc. Truly looking forward for a long journey with Fiserv and live with their values.
