Pros

Good work life balance. Nice Pune office.

Cons

Fiserv management is not anymore it used to be. Merger from First Date ruined the company environment after FD management took charge. They have a sapiance tool on every laptop which measures each and every minute what you are doing. Management use that date to fire people. Post covid firing is stopped though.(No need as such as people are leaving by themseleves) No new technology to work on. Even if they interview you on latest techs but no good technology to work on projects.
