Only one pros is Salary on time.

Cons

- old projects - worst work culture - fiserv install sapeince( tracking software) which will track all your activity. - you have spend 8 hours in front of screen even your work is completed in 5 hours - at the end it’s not a good company for those who worked on new technologies, who wants to explore new areas etc
