Pros

Get good exposure to work on banking projects.

Cons

Work-life is not balanced. you have to complete 8 hrs. in the office and also the same will be your productive hrs. The monitoring tools are installed in your system to capture your per-minute activity. you need to attend evening meetings from home. A cab facility is not available. The meal facility is not available.
