Ontime salary, nothing else to say

8 hrs time tracking for which you have to sit 12 hrs a day, office time 8 hrs must then from home till late night,no WFH except Friday.Higher management not listen to your suggestion,In order to stay you have say yes always to your manager,hard deadlines and micromanagement from top level to bottom,no benifits for taxation e.g. sodexo card etc. Cafeteria meal is worst and fully to be paid by employees.Earlier there was kind of job security but now in every quarter there is hidden layoffs.No promotions.Join if you don't have any other offer and compromise work life balance

Well Being.. Fiserv takes care of the we'll being by providing enough leaves and Practo subscription. Some people might say that they are healthy and they do need Practo. Well, if you were asked to work without any break you might suffer from headache, low energy and red eyes. You might also need more leaves. Kids care.. Fiserv provides day care facilities for kids to all of its employees. Salary. Competitive and you can get decent hike if you are performing well.

Cons

Toxic Environment. Why? Workplace Culture.. Senior people are expected to help juniors in their day to day work. But some seniors always seems to be competing with juniors instead of helping them. And nobody listen to juniors or new comers when they raise this. This becomes painful when there is no documentation and you are dependent on seniors to guide you. Micromanagement Logging of 8 hrs is required in sapience. So, it means that you have to sit on PC with little or no breaks. This will impact your health and social life. No Flexibility WFO is mandatory and full day need to be spent in office. This is being monitored. Work Life Balance After spending full day in office you have to take late night calls as well. It depends on your profile how many calls you need to take late night. But expects at least 4-5 hrs per week on an average.
