Pros

INITIALLY there were many like 1) flexible office hours, work life balance. 2) work from home. 3) good hikes. 4) no mandatory hours on computer. and others but after Covid-19, things have changed drastically. There is nothing

Cons

1) 9 hour office and then 2 hours in evening for US overlap. 2) 8 mandatory hours in sapience tool, to complete this need to spent 10-11 hours daily 3) NO more WFH. 4) Regular firing, twice in a year since 2021. No mental piece.

1. 0 flexibility 2. Mandate to spend 8 hours office and > 6 hours on a tracking tool called Sapience 3. Job security has been a concern for the past 1 and a half years and they consider any random point if they want to kick outside
