Great coworkers and middle management (team by team basis)

Cons

Communication at this company is so bad it's laughable. Reassigning all interns and analysts to a customer support role without management input for up to 6 weeks. People leaving at an alarming rate so get ready to pick up the slack. Masks aren't worn in office but everyone is "welcome" back without any hybrid options. CEO is ruining the company with his vision and morale is low.
