Cons

No room to grow, company hires external candidates over internal candidates, especially in management positions. Constant turn over, upper manager does not care about employees, so it trickles down to all staff and sets a bad culture. They do not value employees' company loyalty. No job security due to company poor management.

Helping people get to their destinations safely was a pro to working at First Student.

Cons

The average day was contacting drivers to help them get their commercial learners permit. The hard part was doing the Job of 5. Late pay and told happy holidays when I reported it. Layoffs and consolidating 3 positions into one.
